Heather O'Watch is a Nakota and Nehiyaw woman from Okanese First Nation, located in Treaty 4 Territory. She lives in Regina, Saskatchewan. Heather is currently pursuing a Masters in Public Policy at the University of Saskatchewan and hopes to continue a career in governance and policy. Heather enjoys spending time with her family, relatives, and five dogs. 

Ellie Arscott grew up in a small Ontario town where three generations of "Nonnas" before her also called it home. Ellie graduated from Sheridan College in Interpretive Illustration. Her illustration debut Night Walk was awarded a SCBWI Canada East Crystal Kite. Ellie lives in Toronto's east end with her family.

Dorothy Thunder is a Plains Cree (nêhiyawiskwêw) from Little Pine First Nation, Saskatchewan and full-time Cree instructor in Faculty of Native Studies at the University of Alberta.
