By signing up for a Craft Ontario membership, applying for a program, registering for a workshop, or making a purchase from the Shop, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

EVENT REGISTRATION
Workshop Registration
Registration for workshops operate on a first-come-first-served basis, and is limited to space restrictions. Craft Ontario members receive a discounted registration fee for all workshops.
Cancellation
Programs and prices are subject to change. Craft Ontario reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs. We will issue a full refund if a program is cancelled, or if rescheduling precludes a registrant from participating. All registered participants will be notified in advance via email if a workshop is rescheduled or cancelled.
Withdrawal from Enrollment in a Workshop
Workshops are non-refundable.
General Conditions
Craft Ontario is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and supportive learning and working environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. Respectful sharing of spaces, ideas, and resources ensures an enriching and enjoyable experience for everyone.
When purchasing a membership or registering for a workshop, by checking the box that acknowledges that you have read Craft Ontario’s Membership + Event Registration Policy, and the participant agrees to the following:
I understand that any disruptive or abusive behavior, threats or acts of harassment or violence, acts of discrimination, racism, microaggressions, oppression, bullying, or hate speech of any kind regardless of, and not limited to, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, culture, age, and ability will not be tolerated. Craft Ontario reserves the right to remove and terminate the participation or deny participation to any individual who engages in such conduct, without refund or compensation.
SHOP
Exchange or Store Credit
The Craft Ontario Shop is happy to offer exchange or store credit for items brought or sent back within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our products and our relationship with our vendors, we cannot accept returns.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be exchanged or returned for store credit. All sales are final on reduced-price and seasonal items.
Damaged items
Within 30 days of purchase, if you believe your item is defective, damaged in transit, or your order is incorrect, please contact us for an exchange. We can be contacted at shop@craftontario.com or 416-921-1721. Craft Ontario is not responsible for repairs.
Shipping items for exchange
To return your product to us for exchange or store credit, contact us at shop@craftontario.com or 416-921-1721. Our address is 1106 Queen Street West, Toronto ON, Canada M6J 1H9.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping from any country outside of Canada please mark your package clearly that "Country of Origin is Canada".
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, please consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. The Craft Ontario Shop is not responsible for returned items lost in the mail.
