The translucent glaze shows the turned marks of the bowl while a deeper hue pools in the grooves. Four diagonal creases running down from the rim, alter the form of the bowl to a rounded square. Abstracted brush strokes on the outside and on the inside of the base, offer a gestural marking in pale celadon

Porcelain, with turquoise glaze.
Approx. 19 x 19 x 9cm
