Three Leaves Brooch

A wool leaf brooch enveloped with sections of high quality brass zipper. The leaves have been hand embroidered and embellished with black seed beads. The brooch is firm and light weight.

Odile Gova is a mixed media fibre artist who focuses on boldly contrasting colours and textures in ever-evolving patterns and forms. Born in Timmins, Ontario, she has lived in the greater Toronto area for the past 40 years.

With a background as a painter for the first two decades of her career, Gova now approaches every brooch as a tiny canvas. Self taught, she has developed and designed Woolly Fabulous, a line of textile jewelry, over the past 15 years.
