About The Craft Ontario Shop

Supporting the careers of Canadian craftspeople since 1931.

The Craft Ontario Shop provides a marketplace for craft artists to show and sell their work. Located on the bustling and vibrant Queen Street West in downtown Toronto, and a new Distillery District satellite location, the Shop is a destination for both locals and tourists.

The Craft Ontario Shop carries the work of over 200 material artists and designers. You will find Canadian-made work of enduring quality, including ceramic and glass housewares, textiles, woodworking, jewellery, sculptures, prints, gifts, leather, accessories, and much more.

The Online Shop is a curated selection of our larger in-store collection. Visit one of our Toronto locations.

Since 1931, proceeds from Craft Ontario Shop (formerly the Guild Shop) have supported the careers of individual craftspeople. As part of a not-for-profit organization, the Craft Ontario Shop ensures the continued growth of the contemporary craft community.

As one of the first establishments to represent Inuit and First Nations art in Toronto, the Craft Ontario Shop (formerly The Guild Shop) continues to support and be supported by the rich history and culture of Canada’s Indigenous people.
