Erin Robertson is a sculptor who explores figurative and environmental themes through the inventive use of a wide variety of techniques. Her work is marked by its whimsical and subversive play on everyday idioms, domesticity, urban landscapes and mythology.
Erin maintains a studio in Ottawa where she explores a variety of materials and themes as a multidisciplinary artist and art educator. Erin was born in Cornwall, Ontario and raised in Canada and East Africa, She is a graduate of the Ontario College of Art, and Guelph University. She has also studied at Atelier Gilbert Diabold, Paris, France; and York University with incorporated independent study in Tanzania.
