Let the colours swirl and the characters emerge! This workshop is a joyful mashup of colour magic, character design and soft sculpture. No drawing or punch needle experience needed—just curiosity and a love for creatures who live in the margins of imagination.

Participants will learn the basics in traditional hand hooked rug making, using a mix of re-purposed textiles and yarns, Valerie will guide you through class demonstrations and one on one instruction.

In this virtual workshop, artists will explore health and wellness tips tailored to support their physical and mental well-being. We'll introduce services available at the Artists' Health Centre, and our subsidized health services for artists in financial need.
This workshop will focus on sourcing grants, demystify the different levels/types from regional and municipal granters. Heidi McKenzie is a Toronto-based ceramic artist with much experience and success securing funding.
