Formerly the Ontario Crafts Council, Craft Ontario is a not-for-profit service organization that works to have craft recognized as a valuable part of life. We promote and celebrate professional craft through providing member opportunities, and advocate for craft practice by educating and empowering diverse audiences.
Exploring ideas of home and belonging through the lens of functional ceramics, Naomi uses text in her decorative process to incorporate marks made by others in order to collaborate with the past to make objects for the future.
Thanks to the support of our Patrons, for over forty years Craft Ontario has continued to deliver essential programs and services that demonstrate our commitment to growing a vital cultural and economic infrastructure in Ontario and across Canada.
Our Patrons play a vital role in supporting the current and future work of Craft Ontario. Each contribution helps fund a wide variety of core activities, including our exhibitions schedule and the business support and professional development services that we offer our members on a daily basis. Today, more than ever, we need your support to continue to grow craft in Ontario. If you believe, as we do, in the importance of craft and the value of a strong craft community, please consider becoming a Patron today.
Annual Craft Ontario Patron gifts start at $175, with additional benefits introduced in recognition of larger gift amounts as outlined in our schedule of Patron Benefits below.
