Formerly the Ontario Crafts Council, Craft Ontario is a not-for-profit service organization that works to have craft recognized as a valuable part of life. We promote and celebrate professional craft through providing member opportunities, and advocate for craft practice by educating and empowering diverse audiences.
Exploring ideas of home and belonging through the lens of functional ceramics, Naomi uses text in her decorative process to incorporate marks made by others in order to collaborate with the past to make objects for the future.
Thanks to the support of our Patron members, Craft Ontario has continued to deliver essential programs and services that support craft artist careers.
Patron members play a vital role in supporting the current and future work of Craft Ontario. Each contribution helps to fund a wide variety of member services and programs. Today, more than ever, we need your support to continue to grow craft in Ontario. If you believe, as we do, in the importance of craft and the value of a strong craft community, please consider becoming a Patron member today.
