Mischa Couvrette is a furniture designer based in Toronto, Ontario. He attended Sheridan College completing their furniture design program and established hollis+morris in 2013 following his first year in school. His goal was to create a collection of furniture for IDS 2014 and realized it by furnishing a 50sq foot booth in studio north this past January. Following IDS 2014, Couvrette received considerable attention from professionals in the industry, when Klaus Neimkemper, owner of Klaus expressed interest in incorporating Couvrette’s work in his showroom. Couvrette is currently in the process of setting up his own location which will allow him both the space and facilities to provide a range of services to both architects and designers.
